အခမ်းအနားကို ကျောင်းသား/သူများက ကျောင်းကောင်စီသီချင်းဖြင့် သီဆိုဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး မိမိရပ်ရွာဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ဒေသခံလူငယ်လူရွယ်များတို့က ဒေသရှိ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအသီးသီးတွင် လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်လိုအပ်ကြောင်းကို ပိုင်ကျုံမြို့ မြို့အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးမှလည်း ကောင်း၊ ဆုချီးမြှင့်ပွဲကျင်းရခြင်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များကို လက်ထောက်မြို့နယ်ပညာရေးမှူးမှလည်းကောင်း၊ ဆုချီးမြှင့်ပွဲဖြစ်မြောက်အောင်မြင်ရေးအတွက် ငွေ/ လူအားထောက်ပံ့ပေးသည့် စေတနာရှင်အလှူရှင်များနှင့်ကျောင်းသားမိဘများအား ကျေးဇူးတင်စကားပြောကြားခြင်းကို အ-ထ-က(ခွဲ) အထက်ပိုင်ကျုံ ကျောင်းအုပ်ဆရာမကြီးမှလည်းကောင်း၊ အထက်ပိုင်ကျုံကျောင်း၌ တက်ရောက်ပညာသင်ယူနေသည့် ကျောင်းသား/ သူများ၏ မိဘများနှင့်စေတနာရှင် အလှူရှင်များ အကြံပေးစကားကို အမှတ်(၅)ရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးမှလည်ကောင်း အသီးသီး အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ ၂၀၂၃-၂၀၂၄ ပညာသင်နှစ် ဆုချီးမြှင့်ခြင်း ငွေစာရင်းရှင်းတမ်းကို အ-ထ-က(ခွဲ) အထက်ပိုင်ကျုံကျောင်းမှ (အ-လ-ပြ) ဆရာမဒေါ်ဝင်းမာလေးက ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားပြီးနောက်၂၀၂၃-၂၀၂၄ ပညာသင်နှစ်တွင် ထူးချွန်အောင်မြင်စွာ ဖြေဆိုနိုင်သည့် ကျောင်းသား/ သူများအား တာဝန်ရှိသူများတို့က ဆုများ အသီးသီး ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်ခဲ့သည်။
