The ceremony was opened by the students singing the school council song and the Paing Kyung Township Administrator emphasized the need for local youth to take on responsibilities in various departments in the region in order to carry out community development activities.

During the lecture, the Principal of Mong La School, Daw Nan May Yu Khaing, and the teachers spoke to the students about the history of Martyrs' Day, which will be celebrated on July 19, and the biographies of General Aung San and other martyred leaders who should be emulated and remembered by the entire Myanmar nation.

The event will be divided into Zone A and Zone B depending on the number of media personnel attending the event and the space available.
